Leave your keys in the condo and enjoy a stroll at Northside Park, get a bite to eat at one of the many iconic restaurants, play a round of mini golf, grab some ice cream and head back to the condo for a quick dip in the indoor heated pool and ride the elevator to the 4th floor,

The Coastal Condo is a family friendly, 4th floor one bedroom, one bath full kitchen unit located in The Marylander Hotel and Condominium in North Ocean City. The unit sleeps up to 6. Bedroom has one queen and one double bed. Living room has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Child friendly items include pack and play, portable highchair and games. Also included in the unit: beach toys, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, stackable washer and dryer. Living and dining area offers comfortable seating for six. Enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. Linens and bath towels are included with rental.
House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25 (no senior week rentals) Pets allowed October 1st through April 1st. Small dogs only. Limit one pet total. Guest must sign and acknowledge pet policy form upon arrival. .
Other Details to Note
New living room sofa with a pull out memory foam mattress sofa bed. New Adirondack chairs on balcony. Please check in at the front desk to receive parking pass and copy of building policies. Pets allowed in the off season months only, October through April. Pets must first be approved by host, small breeds only. Guest are required to review and sign the pet agreement form required by the Marylander.
